CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Two people were injured in a vehicle shooting Wednesday afternoon on Caldwell Ln. in Clarksville.
According to a police report, a witness said she saw a black sedan occupied by two black males sitting in front of her home around 4:46 p.m. A light-colored 4-door vehicle pulled up beside the sedan and began shooting at its occupants.
The witness told police the black sedan drove off toward Edmondson Ferry Rd. at a high rate of speed while the light-colored vehicle followed, and the witness heard continuous gunfire.
Police found a light-colored Toyota Camry sedan stopped at the intersection of Emory and Stafford Streets with three people inside.
Christopher Fletcher, 28, sustained a gunshot wound to his left shoulder, and 21-year-old Christopher Harris sustained a grazing gunshot wound to the back of his head. Both men were transported by EMS to Gateway Medical Center for treatment.
The driver, 22-year-old Shawnquavi Kelly, was not injured. Upon searching the vehicle police found a handgun and marijuana inside.
There are no known suspects at this time.
