ORIGINAL STORY: A woman was hospitalized following a road rage incident on the 101st Parkway in Clarksville.
According to a Clarksville Police Department report, police were called to the Shell Sudden Service station at 600 Rossview Rd. Saturday, April 26 around 7:20 p.m.
The victim and witness told police they were driving on the 101st when a male driver sped up behind them as they were changing lanes, and both vehicles swerved to avoid a collision. The victim said the man gave her the middle finger and waved her into the Shell parking lot.

As the man ran back to his vehicle and drove away, the victim was able to see his license plate number.
The victim was taken to Gateway Medical Center for a broken nose and a fracture to the right orbital socket bone.
A warrant was issued for 39-year-old Timothy L. James of Clarksville.
