A look at this week’s latest recalls.

33K car seats recalled

A company that makes child car seats is recalling more than 33,000 of them because the harnesses aren’t strong enough to meet federal safety standards. Combi USA is recalling three types of seats made before January of 2013.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration says the seat straps don’t meet minimum strength requirements. If there’s a crash, children may not be properly secured.

Walmart recalls card table sets after finger amputations

Walmart announced it was recalling more than 73,000 Mainstays card table sets after multiple reports of injuries. The chairs can collapse, and the company has received at least 10 reports of injuries, including some where a finger or portion of a finger were amputated as a result of the injury.

The card table sets were sold exclusively at Walmart and through walmart.com through November. They retailed for about $50. Consumers should immediately stop using the card table and chairs and return the sets to Walmart for a refund.

Land Rover recalls SUVs for airbag issue

Jaguar Land Rover is recalling 3,912 Range Rover sport utility vehicles because the front seat side airbags may not deploy.

The SUVs from model years 2013 and 2014 are being recalled because a connector in the airbag system may become disconnected, causing airbags on the driver and passenger sides not to function and increasing the risk of injury in an accident, according to documents filed this week with the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.

There have been no reports of accidents or injuries related to the issue, according to the NHTSA documents.
