Robert Plant Hits Twitter

Robert Plant has finally taken to Twitter, he agreed to answer a few questions yesterday (Thursday).

With Plant tweeting, “Are we ready?” his site was besieged with more than 30,000 tweets in a very short time. The first 25,000 received a free download of the Led Zeppelin song “What Is and What Should Never Be,” which he recorded live with his Sensational Space Shifters.

His answers to the questions didn’t include any great revelations, but he did say that if he hadn’t joined Led Zeppelin he would have become a “marriage counselor.”

Plant can be found on Twitter at  Plant has also relaunched his website,, and has taken to Instagram and Google Plus.
