Rewind Madonna Rules Beginning at 12 noon on December 1st, 2015 through January 15th, 2015 at 11:59 am, you can attempt to win two tickets to the Madonna Concert in Nashville at the Bridgestone arena on January 18th. Tickets are valued at $75.00 each retail for a total prize value of $150.00. The contest is open to those who hold a valid article of state identification and are 18 years of age or older and those 18 or older with a valid Military I.D.

Rewind contests are open to those 18 or older have not won anything on Z97-5 in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse.
