The Big Bang Rules


Beginning at 07:00PM on June 12, 2016 through 11:59PM on June 29, 2016, readers and listeners can attempt to win a TNT The Big Bang Fireworks display package, valued at $1200. Package includes 500 gram multi-aerials and reloadable shells. The Big Bang Contest is open to those who hold a valid article of state identification and are 18 years of age or older and those 18 or older with a valid Military I.D.

 

To attempt to win, one must complete the registration process on Rewind943.com which includes submitting a name, valid email address, phone number, zip code, date of birth and complete survey. There is a limit of one entry per person, unless you get another person to enter the contest using the referral link presented on the page after entering. Following registration, you will be presented with the option to share a unique link. With this, you will receive one extra chance to win for every one person who also enters the contest. A random drawing will be conducted by Rewind 94.3FM personnel at approximately 9am on Thursday, June 29, 2016 and winner will be notified via email/phone call Friday June 30, 2016. We will make reasonable efforts to award Prizes within 30 days after winning.

 

Rewind 94.3FM contests are open to all eligible Tennessee/Kentucky residents 18 or older have not won anything on Rewind 94.3FM in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.

Employees of Rewind 94.3FM, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the Rewind 94.3FM office are not eligible to enter or win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.

By participating and submitting an entry, contestant agrees that sponsors and participating parties are authorized to contact entrant via email, mail, phone or any other form of media to make contestant aware of information pertinent to the contest, and to distribute information regarding the Sponsor(s) featured products, special events or promotional offers, or purchase incentives. Contestants may opt-out of any further email communication at any time by simply replying REMOVE to any email message, or following the provided opt-out instructions.

Official Rules

No purchase necessary. One valid entry per contestant.

You must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry to be eligible for this contest. This contest is void where prohibited by law.

Winners will be notified by email. If a winner is unreachable after seven (7) days, or if that winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected. If an eligible winner cannot be found for the prize, that prize will not be awarded.

Rewind 94.3FM reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value.

Rewind 94.3FM reserves the right to restrict the local winners to only persons whose primary residence is within a 60 mile radius of 1640 Old Russellville Pike Clarksville, TN 37043

Employees of Rewind 94.3FM, its respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising sponsors and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible.

Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the contest commissioners, which are final on all matters pertaining to the contest.

Entrants further grant to Rewind 94.3FM the right to use and publish their proper name and state online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the Contest.

Rewind 94.3FM reserves the right to use any and all information related to the Contest, including information on contestants obtained through the contest, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.

The Contest and all of the related pages, contents are copyright Rewind 94.3FM. Copying or unauthorized use of any copyrighted materials, trademarks or any other intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.

Each winner, by acceptance of the prize, agrees to release all Sponsors, and their parent and subsidiary companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising agencies from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.

Rewind 94.3FM is not responsible for Internet crashes or slowdowns caused by network congestion, viruses, sabotage, satellite failures, phone line failures, electrical outages, natural disasters or acts of man or God.

All results posted are unofficial until winners respond to e-mail notification.

Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and will be required to complete an IRS form W-9. Sponsor reserves the right to withhold prizes until completed form W-9 is received.

This contest is not intended for gambling. If it is determined that a contestant is using the contest for gambling purposes they will be disqualified and reported to authorities.
