RULES: Register to Win Smoker


Beginning at 12:01am on Friday, June 1, 2017, listeners will have the chance to win a Masterbuilt Electric Smokehouse valued at $499.00, retail, by attending any of the live remotes hosted by (Beaver 100.3, Q108, Z97.5, Rewind 94.3, Outlaw 100.7 and Sunny 99.1) from 6/1/17-6/30/17. Listeners must be on-site to fill out a registration form at any of the remotes held during the contest period. Listeners over the age of 18 can fill out an entry form and leave it in the registration box. Listeners don’t have to be present to win. All entries will be combined throughout the contest period and one winner will be selected through the cluster of stations. Listeners may attend more than one remote, the more remotes you attend the more chances to win! Only one entry per person per remote. Entry forms must be filled out in their entirety to include: full name (first and last), date of birth, phone number, and complete email. Any forms that are not completed will not be considered. Five Star Media Group staff will make all attempts to read the information on each entry form, however any forms with illegible handwriting will not be considered. Listeners may enter the contest once during the duration of the sweepstakes, until 11:59pm on June 30, 2017. The contest is open to those who hold a valid article of state identification and are 18 years of age or older or valid Military ID.

 All qualified entries will be accepted from 12:01 a.m. on 6/1/17 through 11:59 a.m. on 6/30/17 at any of the live remotes held by the cluster of stations. Winner will be selected at random on July 1, 2017 using a random number generator app. All winners are entered into an Excel spreadsheet. Each winner will be on a different row within the spreadsheet. The number generated will determine the row that is selected. Winners will be contacted via the email and/or phone number provided. If the winner does not have a valid voicemail set up and/or the email is no longer valid, another winner will be selected. Once contact has been made, winner has 30 days to claim their prize. Winner must pick up prize no later than 5:00 p.m. on July 31, 2017 at the 5 Star Media offices located at 1640 Old Russellville Pike Clarksville, TN. If the prize is not claimed by 7/31/17 winner will be forfeited.  This contest is being conducted concurrently and simultaneously with radio stations in the Clarksville area affiliated with FIVE STAR MEDIA GROUP and listeners of said stations will then be competing to win the same prize.

No purchase necessary. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Winners will be responsible for state and federal taxes.

Five Star Media contests are open to those 18 or older have not won anything on Five Star Media in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.

Employees of Five Star Media, SAGA COMMUNICATIONS OF TUCKESSEE, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the Five Star Media main studio are not eligible to win any contest.  Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.
