Update, 8 p.m.: The roadway is back open, according to CPD.

CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – A woman was seriously injured when her motorcycle crashed with a silver Hyundai on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard during the rainstorm Wednesday evening.

At about 5:05 p.m., the motorcycle crashed at 2166 Wilma Rudolph Blvd. (Dominos Pizza), according to Clarksville Police spokesman officer Scott Beaubien.

One southbound, one northbound, and the middle (continuous left turn lane) were all blocked. The motorcyclist was being transferred to Skyline Hospital via ambulance due to the weather. FACT Investigators were en route to the scene and motorists are advised to avoid the area until the scene can be cleared.
