A fan is suing Madonna for starting her show late

Madonna is being slapped with a class action lawsuit for pushing the start time of her upcoming Miami show back several hours. The show was scheduled for Tuesday, December 17th and start at 8:30 p.m.  The show was pushed back to 10:30 p.m.  The original lawsuit was accessed by NBC News and Buzzfeed.

Madonna fan, Nate Hollander filed the suit in a Miami-Dade court last week.  He bought three tickets for the Madame X Tour show, which totaled $1,024.95.  Nate Hollander states in the suit he tried without success to obtain a refund from Live Nation when the start time changed.

Hollander sued for breach of contract stating Madonna has a history of tardiness and the concert team should have known the show would not go on at the scheduled start time.

According to Las Vegas’ Fox5, KVVU, Madonna’s 10:30 p.m. show at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace on Thursday did not begin until 12:30 a.m., leading the audience to boo upon her arrival.

Seemingly in response to the backlash, Madonna took to Twitter over the weekend to share her reply to the crowd’s frustration, telling them, “Here’s something that you all need to understand. And that is, that a queen is never late.”

Madonna posted the video on Saturday with the caption “F.A.C.T.S.”  People commented brutally on her post!
