Eat this for a good night’s sleep

A new study suggests the key to a good night’s sleep can be found in the produce aisle. Researchers have found that eating kiwi before bed had a positive impact on sleep quality in a group of athletes. Their sleep metrics were monitored, revealing that those who ate the fruit fell asleep 35% faster and had 8% longer total sleep time than the kiwi-free group. The kiwi eaters also had a 42% improvement in sleep efficiency, a sign they spent more time in deep, restorative sleep.
