Millennials may want to move to Nashville but according to a recent study from Realtor.com, it’s the neighbor city to the northwestern that is even “hotter” among a generation in search an affordable way of life that’s close to work and nightlife.

Clarksville made the site’s Top 10 Hottest Cities for Young Millennials, coming in at No. 3!

Millennials are expected to make around 45-percent of all mortgage purchases this year. Clarksville is right in the price range!  The median list price in Clarksville is just over $226,000.

Experts say millennials are looking for the perfect balance between getting a good deal and being close to amenities that lead to a good life.

Millennials also like how close Clarksville is to Nashville.
