Things kids today will never understand or experience the struggle

What a simpler time the 80’s were!  Kids these days will never understand, “Be Kind, Rewind.”  They will never get to experience the joy of watching the shrinkage in the oven of “Shrinky Dinks” or creating a one of a kind outfit with “Fashion Plates.”  Fixing a cassette tape with duct tape or using a pencil to wind the tape back into the cassette!  The skating rink!  The Mall!!  Orange Julius!  Spencer’s Gifts!  Hanging in the food court!

Friendship bracelets or friendship pins.  My Buddy or Kid Sister!

Then along came the 90’s.  Personal use of the internet was a super struggle!  Hearing this sound meant another 5 minutes to connect to the internet!  Then there was downloading!!  Ugh!  Then there are floppy disks, “You’ve got mail” or “Dude!  You got a Dell!”

Kids today will never experience the struggle!
