Top 10 John Hughes Movies of All Time!

The late, great filmmaker, John Hughes has to be the greatest filmmaker of the 80’s…maybe even the greatest of all time!

He wrote, directed and produced some of the greatest movies of all time!  The way I see it, nowadays, they keep redoing, rebooting and re-imagining 80’s movies but it seems as though they are keeping their hands off John Hughes movies.

This genius filmmaker had a humble beginning as an author of humorous essays and stories for National Lampoon, which we know lead to the great movie “Vacation” and “Christmas Vacation” starring Chevy Chase.  John Hughes is best known for his coming of age teen comedies.  The movies that combined “magic realism” with the life of suburban teenagers.  Most of the characters from the 80’s were written for Molly Ringwald, who was Hughes’s inspiration.

See if you agree with our Top Ten John Hughes Movie list.  He either wrote, produced or directed these films! This was one of the HARDEST top 10 lists we’ve ever had to do!!!!!
